The Peak Pace Mission

Empowering Teams to Unleash their Full Potential through the Power of Physical Activity

Our story

The Peak Pace Story

Founder, Carsten Pleiser, has always been fascinated by the intersection of health, wellbeing, and productivity.

As an avid mountaineer and someone who deeply values personal wellbeing, he recognised the profound impact that physical activity had on his life.

Seeing how my own team's energy, motivation, and collaboration soared after participating in a fitness challenge, Carsten was inspired to create something that could bring these benefits to teams everywhere.

Together with his team, he strives to create a world where well-being, motivation, and teamwork are not just buzzwords, but integral components of a thriving workforce. We're on a mission to rewrite the narrative of what it means to be healthy, fit, and successful in today's dynamic work environment.
